Yellowstone Legacy Properties ("we", "us") manages rental properties in Billings, Montana. This policy explains what we collect when you ask about a rental and how we use it.
To answer your inquiry, tell you what is available, schedule showings, and, if you choose to apply, process your rental application in our property management software. We use the same questions and criteria for every inquiry.
If you give us your mobile number when asking about a rental, we may text you about that inquiry. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. See our Terms for details.
Only service providers that help us operate: message delivery (text and email), hosting and database services, and our property management software. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed for leasing, legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@yellowstonelegacyproperties.com or replying STOP to a text.
We use access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security or bank numbers by text or email.
